Register/Login to 360 Avenues Whatsapp CRM.

In order to use 360 Avenues Whatsapp CRM,you need to register on the link https://sale.360avenues.com/auth/register/vendor

After registering to 360 Avenues Whatsapp CRM,you will get the Verification email.After Verifying by clicking on Verification link,you will get Welcome Email which contains the details of Platform Login. you can login to dashboard from link https://sale.360avenues.com/auth/login

Upon logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard, where all platform features are accessible. To begin, navigate to the Settings section and configure the WhatsApp Setup as the initial step.

Go to Settings, then Whatsapp Setup,then Whatsapp Setup.
Click on Connect Whatsapp with Facebook button,it will take you to login to your facebook account.

Sign in to Facebook

After logging into your Facebook account, you will be redirected to the Facebook Business Manager section.

If you already have a Facebook Business Manager, it will appear in your Meta Business Account list—simply select it.

If you do not have a Facebook Business Manager, choose the “Create a Meta Business Account” option to set one up.

If you selected Create a Meta Business Account and Clicked Next, a form will appear where you need to enter the details of your Business.

Enter all details and Click Next.

If the business already has a Whatsapp Business Account, their business information will appear automatically,you just need to select that Whatsapp Business Account.

If you don’t already have Whatsapp Business API Account,click create Whatspp Business account and Click Next

Add the details of your business.

Enter the Phone number that you want to register for Whatsapp Business.

Numbers already in use with the WhatsApp Messenger app or WhatsApp Business app cannot be registered unless they are deleted first.

Once the Whatsapp Business Account is created,go to Facebook Business Manager on link

https://business.facebook.com/

then in Accounts option there will be see Whatsapp Accounts,

Click there and your whatsapp account will be show there.

You should click on Payment settings, and must add payment method like credit card details.This payment method will be used to pay to WhatsApp Business Platform for whatsapp conversation.

Whatsapp conversation charges will be above the 360 Whatsapp Platform subscription charges.

Once all the above process is successfully done,go to the 360 Avenues Whatsapp Cloud API Setup,it will show that Whatsapp API Connectivity Status.On the right side it will also display more information. After Connectivity,Whatsapp will review the Whatsapp number and upon approval it will show the Quality Rating and other details.You also need to add Test Contact number so that you can receive test messages.

Finally..

Once Whatsapp Integration shows Configured,you are good to go to Whatsapp CRM and enjoy sending whatsapp messages throught Whatsapp Campaigns,Flows and other features.
