1. Subscription charges – based on the plan you choose for your business, this is a monthly/annual recurring charge and is auto charged by 360 Avenues CRM Platform on your saved payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

2. WhatsApp conversation charges – Whatsapp charge for conversation based pricing a small fee for each 24-hour conversation your business has with a user. This is deducted from your Credit Card attached to your Whatsapp Business Number
